Birds nest goodness

Havin overindulged on haagen dazs, ben jerrys n green blacks in the last month, i took the chance to try some healthier local sweets on my current hk trip at this dessert shop. And what a pleasant suprise! On paper, birds nest with mango on black rice in coconut juice sounds like it may be a jumble of acquired tastes, but it went down smoother than a kebab after 10 pints of beer! I wonder if this healthy alternative could transpose to western shores? I may be a bbc, but my palette seems equally rooted in the east! I'll post an update if i can find this in uk.
